I'm really excited to announce that the ADD Coaching Club has just added 2 new Group Coaching sessions!! In addition to the 4 group coaching sessions with the coaches there are now 2 peer coaching action group sessions too. These sessions will be led by a long term ADD Coaching Club member.
These sessions are very action oriented! Members can apply the skills and strategies from the regular group sessions in the action sessions. The sessions take place for 30 minutes each and members are encouraged to come even if they can only attend for 5 or 10 minutes. The first action session takes place this Friday at 12:15 pm EST.
