As promised in my last post Yes, I Lost my Keys I am going to explain how I dealt with losing my keys. I was very lucky that my husband was able to find a spare key for my car. I knew we had one at one time but I had no idea where it was.
In the past I would have made myself crazy obsessing about the fact that I didn't know where my keys were. This time I was able to stop and look at the reasons I needed my keys. The main reasons were to be able to drive my car and get into a couple of places. I was still able to get the results that wanted even with out my set of keys.
I was also extra careful to make sure that I put my one and only car key in the same place. I double and triple checked to make sure it was there. I thought about getting another copy of the key made but didn't actually make it that far.
Guess what? I actually did end up finding my car keys. It was a true ADD Moment that led me to my keys too! Those of you who are friends with me on Facebook have hint of how I found my keys. The rest of you will have to wait until Wednesday for my next post!

After having made several boat payments for my locksmith, I found an old small very decorative box that now sits on a table by the front door. The box is just large enough to hold several sets of keys. The first thing that happens as I come through the door the keys come out of the door lock and go into the box. Everything else goes under the table into a large wicker basket. The basket gets sorted later and items I am taking the next day go into the basket. The next day I take whats in the basket and grab the keys out of the box and close and lock the door. One element of chaos solved.
I was a patient of ADHD, but now due to medications and regular practice of exercising, meditation i am out of it. I use to get irritated while on job. Forget things. One day i had wore my spectacles on my head and got frustrated finding in whole office. I just thank god, and my doc that i am fit and fine now.
