The ADHD Coaching Project – Real People. Real Coaching.
Why I’m Pulling Back the Curtain on ADHD Coaching 🔍
Coaching can be powerful—but only if people understand what it really is.
Over the years, I’ve had so many conversations with adults who are curious about ADHD coaching, but hesitant. And I get it. Coaching can feel like a buzzword—vague, abstract, and sometimes even intimidating.
That’s exactly why I created The ADHD Coaching Project—not just to offer coaching, but to let people witness it. 👀
(If you missed my first post introducing the project and how the group will work, you can read it here.)
This isn’t a promotional tool or a hidden sales pitch. This is a chance to see what real support looks like, sounds like, and feels like—especially for those of us navigating the complexities of ADHD. 💡
Why I’m Sharing This Publicly 🎙️
For a long time, coaching has happened behind closed doors—and that’s made it hard for people to decide if it’s right for them.
So I decided to do something different:
I’m pulling back the curtain. 🎬
The ADHD Coaching Project is a six-week group experience that will be recorded and shared (with full permission) so people can experience ADHD coaching in its raw, honest form.
You won’t see a polished highlight reel.
You’ll hear the pauses, the resistance, the lightbulb moments—and the momentum that happens when someone feels seen and supported. ⚡
This Isn’t About Teaching. It’s About Witnessing. 👂
So many people with ADHD feel like they’re always being “taught” or “fixed.”
This project is different. It’s not about tips or tools—though you’ll hear plenty of those along the way. 🛠️
It’s about showing what’s possible when you’re met with compassion, structure, and real-time feedback.
It’s about inviting people to listen—and maybe even recognize themselves in the process. 💬
What’s Happening Now ⏳
I’m in the early phase of choosing six participants.
This week, I’ll be holding a live Zoom call with a small group of people who are interested in being part of this project.
The six-week group begins on Wednesday, April 2nd—and I’ll start sharing sessions shortly after. 📆
The ADHD Coaching Project is about more than just coaching.
It’s about visibility.
It’s about access.
It’s about finally showing what real support can look like for real people with ADHD. ❤️🔥
Real People. Real Coaching.
Coming April 2025. 🚀
