I’m incredibly excited to share some wonderful news—My ADD / ADHD Blog has been recognized as one of the top ADHD blogs by FeedSpot! 🥳
This recognition is especially meaningful because it honors a project that’s been more than two decades in the making. I published the very first blog post on March 3, 2005, which means this blog has now been running for over 20 years. That’s 20+ years of showing up to support adults with ADHD, share practical strategies, and build a community of connection, compassion, and momentum.
Whether you’ve been following since the early days or just recently joined us, this milestone belongs to you, too. Your support, comments, and shares are what have kept this blog alive and evolving.
🧠 A Longstanding Passion for ADHD Awareness and Empowerment
When I launched this blog back in 2005, there weren’t many spaces where adults with ADHD could go for relevant, practical advice. Most of the content available at the time focused on children, and adults were often left out of the conversation entirely.
That’s why I created My ADD / ADHD Blog—to be a consistent, supportive resource for adults who want to better understand themselves and make meaningful progress, one step at a time. Over the years, I’ve shared insights on everything from ADHD overwhelm, perfectionism, and time blindness to motivation, focus tools, and mindset shifts. The goal has always been the same: help people with ADHD take action, feel less alone, and embrace progress over perfection.
