2012 Adult ADD Winter BootCamp Scholarship Recipients

The next session of Adult ADD BootCamp: Organized and in Control with Linda Hillger begins on February 8, 2012. Adult ADD BootCamp - Organized and in Control is our longest running and most popular program at ADDClasses.com.

ADHD Holiday Gift Sales!

I know I'm going to upset some of my fellow ADD / ADHD Colleagues but I just have to say this. I don't want any "ADHD" related gifts for Christmas. I don't think that an ADHD T-Shirt is a cool Christmas gift. I have already told my husband what I will do if he buys me a cool ADHD Alarm Clock for Christmas! Oh and don't even get me started on what I would do if he bought me one of those ADHD Relationship Book for Valentines Days!

I've never taken a poll or tried to do research on how other Adults with ADD / ADHD feel about this. I'm not going to try and speak for anybody else either. I just felt the need to say this about myself. Oh and I think I will be making an ADD / ADHD Festivus post later this week too!!

New CEU Course about Adult ADD / ADHD

The Motivation to Exercise

For some people with ADD / ADHD exercising can be challenging. Despite knowing how beneficial exercise is both physically and mentally some people still have trouble finding the motivation to exercise. Today on ADHD Support Talk Radio I was joined by Robert Tudisco who shared what motivates him to exercise. I highly recommend listening to Motivation, Exercise and ADD / ADHD. Robert Tudisco was one of the most inspirational guests that I've had on ADHD Support Talk Radio.

Wow, what a great way to promote awareness during ADHD Awareness Week! Dr. Oz did a segment today about Adult ADHD! For those who watched the Dr. Oz show today and are looking for help and support for ADD / ADHD, stop by the ADHD Awareness Expo! We have some of the top ADHD Experts offering tips and advice on how to live successfully with ADHD. We are also featuring some wonderful resources in the online exhibit hall. Wow!! It's been a super crazy week for me. i have been very busy getting things ready for the ADHD Awareness Week Expo which begins on Sunday! October is here and there are some ADHD Awareness events going on this month. As I write this blog post the Virtual AD/HD Conference is underway. The Online ADHD Awareness Expo starts on October 16th. There's also an event taking place on October 11th that I want all my blog readers to know about.
