Prioritizing and Getting Stuck

Wow, it's been almost 3 weeks since I blogged! I think this may have been the longest I've gone with out blogging since I started the blog 4 years ago. Once again I thought I was having writer's block because I couldn't think of anything to write. But, once it again it was because I had so many thoughts, ideas, and events that I could write about and didn't stop to take the time to prioritize and choose just one to start with.

When I did finally stop for a few minutes to get things out of my head and on paper I was amazed at how easy it was for me to choose where to start. For example I have 3 important events happening this week at ADDClasses.com and realized writing about them in the order they will be happening made a lot of sense.

Monday - Terry Matlen and I are going to open up the ADD Action Club For new Members.

Tuesday -  Dr. John Ratey will be offering a Free Teleseminar about ADHD and Exercise

Wednesday - The 6 Week Free Organized Job Search Program begins.

Coaching Tip: When you are stuck and not sure how to prioritize, start with a very simple system.

ADD Coaching Club Open

The ADD Coaching Club is open for new members until this Wednesday. The ADD Coaching Club is an affordable and convenient group coaching option for adults with Attention Deficit Disorder. Given this economy the ADD Coaching Club is a great option since the cost of membership is less than 20% of the cost of most individual ADHD Coaching options. Today is the last day that the ADD Coaching Club is offering the Free 14 Day Trial this month. After today we will be closing out membership until next month. Procrastination Pays Off

This morning I was listening a talk show on TV. It was about new years resolutions and the there was a change expert on the show. She stated that 90% of people who try to begin their New Years Resolutions on New Years Day FAIL. I have no idea where she got her 90% failure figure or if it's true!

She suggested waiting a couple of weeks into the new year and to have a plan before people attempting to make changes in the new year! So this sounds like good news for those with Adult ADHD! This is one of those times when it does pay to procrastinate a bit!!!

Exercise and ADHD Coach Talk
