Talk about ADD Friendly. Not only is the Book Delivered from Distraction available as a regular audio book it’s also available as an audio download. What could be more ADD Friendly than being able to purchase and listen with in seconds. I wish more ADD books were available in this format!

This is a great book, and on page 207 Dr. Hallowell recommends a supplement that I both take and, now, sell – and it really has helped my ADD symptoms. 🙂
