I am really starting to think that when I have PMS that I need to have an email responder and voice mail message set up. When I have PMS I intentionally do not reply to emails or return phone calls right away. Like many women I am more emotional when I have PMS! My ADHD symptoms also increase! Impulsively reacting to somebody who upsets me is not good for me, my business, or the person who upsets me.
Here’s what’s I’m thinking about setting up for an auto-responder email:
Thank you for taking the time to contact me. I have PMS right now and if you have sent me an annoying, demanding, or upsetting email I will not be responding to it until next week. If you would like a response to your email before then please send another one making sure there is nothing in it that will even come close to upsetting me. If you choose to keep sending me upsetting email you run the risk of me telling you exactly how I feel!
