Once again Eli Lilly is offering scholarships for Adults with ADHD called Focus on Your Possibilities.  The Focus on Your Possibilities Scholarship is only open to Adults with ADHD who are over 25 and are in school or planning to be in school full time. I’m really disappointed that they are not giving out any scholarships to part time students!

The average person over the age of 25 would have trouble balancing full time work, full time school and a personal life. Adding ADHD in to the picture adds even more challenges!! Why isn’t Ely Lilly trying to help as many adults with ADHD as possible?

The way I see things is that the only people who really qualify for this scholarship are probably people that are already in a pretty good financial situation already. Only somebody with money would be able to go to school full time instead of working full time.

I really think Eli Lily needs get a clue and realize that a scholarship program for Adults with ADHD over the age of 25 should not be run the same away as a scholarship program for 18 years old kids coming out of high school! They really should be offering some help to part time students too!
