This morning I was listening a talk show on TV. It was about new years resolutions and the there was a change expert on the show. She stated that 90% of people who try to begin their New Years Resolutions on New Years Day FAIL. I have no idea where she got her 90% failure figure or if it’s true!
She suggested waiting a couple of weeks into the new year and to have a plan before people attempting to make changes in the new year! So this sounds like good news for those with Adult ADHD! This is one of those times when it does pay to procrastinate a bit!!!

Wow- that’s GREAT for ADHD. I wonder where she got those stats, too. But wouldn’t we forget to MAKE a resolution once we get past New Year’s Day? : )
