Those of you who follow my husband John on Twitter or read his blog Adult ADD and Money know about the accountability experiment he's been doing on Twitter. What he's been doing is posting his chore on Twitter to hold himself accountable. John who does NOT have ADHD has been very successful doing this.
As a person with ADHD I'm not quite sure if posting to Twitter would be enough accountability or structure for me. I would benefit a lot more from something like the ADD Action Club. I need a set time and a group of people to hold me accountable.
What about you? What works best for you when it comes to accountability? Would something like John's experiment be good for you? Or would something like the ADD Action Club work for you? Or is there some other type of accountability that's working for you?
