Wow, we are 3 weeks into 2011! If you read other ADD / ADHD related blogs and Newsletters you've probably seen people telling you not to bother making New Years Resolutions because they don't work. Some people suggest you call the "Themes" instead. I even mentioned on ADD / ADHD and New Years Resolutions that I was Making Changes instead of Making New Years Resolutions. If you listened to the show you heard me admit that I was actually making New Year's Resolutions but was just calling the them by another name.
