I want to let my blog readers know about a great new book called Adult ADD: A Guide for the Newly Diagnosed by Dr. Stephanie Sarkis. Dr. Sarkis recently send me a copy of her book to review and I think it's great. It's perfect for somebody who has recently been identified as having Adult ADD / ADHD. One of the things I love about the books that Stephanie Sarkis has written is that they are short, simple to read, and full of great info.
If you are brand new to the world of Adult ADD / ADHD I highly recommend starting with Adult ADD: A Guide for the Newly Diagnosed. It's very easy to read and has what you need to know.

Being diagnosed with ADD can sometimes be a “label” with negative connotations. It is widely believed that Albert Einstein had ADD. Thinking slightly differently than the “norm” creates waves, don’t let the fear of being different hold you back 🙂
