Fiverrpodcastadhd001Okay Blog readers, I could really use your help! Over the past couple of years I’ve either trying to come up with topics for ADHD Support Talk Radio myself or asking my guests for ideas. It just occurred to me that I may not be going at it the best way!

It makes a lot more sense to ask my listeners! I do the show for my listeners! It makes perfect that I ask YOU for topic ideas!

So here it goes!

What are YOUR biggest Adult ADD / ADHD Problems and Challenges? Which ADHD Support Talk Radio Guests would you like me to have back on to discuss those Problems and Challenges?

Please respond HERE.

Thank You!!!

      My biggest challenges are:

Money management. I’m not good at paying bills, I’m not good at saving. I’m impulsive, failing to see the big picture of “do I need this?” and “Is this a now purchase or one you save for”

Irritability: I often snip and snap and overreact at things and in the back of my mind I’m wondering a) will a partner ever tolerate it and b) am I best to raise a child given this quality?

Organization: My clothes are everywhere, I’m often misplacing things, and I don’t take care of my things as well as I should.

Those are the things I deal with day to day. When I read them back it is a bit exhausting to think about.

      Good luck on your show

      Dear Tara,

THANK YOU for these radio shows, first and foremost. I have gained so much.

I would love to hear a segment for stay at home mothers on how to juggle my routines, my kids’ routines (including two children who are at home), house daily management (like cleaning and cooking), a running to do list–and merge this all into a daily to do list–and still have time to rest and socialize with friends.

THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR DOING THIS! I’ve had ADD for as far back in my life I can think, but after my hysterectomy 7 years ago, the ADD became CRAZY AND UNMANAGEABLE! I have these ladies issues combined. I know that the LACK OF ORGANIZATION, TIME MANAGEMENT AND IMPULSIVE SPENDING IS WHY MY HUSBAND HAS LEFT ME AFTER 18 1/2 years. He’s now saying if I don’t get this under control quick, he will fight for primary physical custody. He thinks ADD is a cop out and for the past 4 years, I’ve BEGGED, LITERALLY BEGGED him to let me get a personal organizer but he wouldn’t. “I just needed to get off my butt and do it!” Umm…don’t cha think I would have if I could have, duh?
On top of the divorce, I am trying to find a PT job (b/c I’ve been a SAHM for the past 8 or 9 years, have NO $ of my own since he moved his pay to a diff account and then he deposits whatever little amount he wants) and get ready to start college in January.
Thank you for making things cheaper, especially in today’s economy. I’m also going to be submitting a scholarship application for the time management class, hopefully by tomorrow, Monday morning at the latest.
Thank you again! I hope to hear from you soon.

      Hello Tara,
I could use help pulling my ‘How To’ book together.
I keep writing and it seems to be evolving very well, but I wonder if I am just kidding myself?
