Wow, it's almost 2015 and like many people I'm really starting to think about what I want in 2015. Also like many Adults with ADD / ADHD my mind automatically goes to think about I want to improve or change. I want to be done with 2014 and start a new year with fresh new ideas and energy. As I write this, 2014 is not quiet over and though I'm ready for 2015, it's helpful for me to reflect on 2014. Like many of my readers 2014 had a mix ups and downs for me.
It's important not only for myself but for my readers to reflect on their accomplishments and successes in 2014. Once I finish this blog post I'm going to sit down and write out a list of some of my personal and professional successes in 2014.
