I’m really excited to announce that my friend and colleague Lynne Edris is now a co-host for the ADHD Support Talk Radio Podcast. Lynne has been a regular guest on my ADHD Podcast for a a few years now. She’s also been a presenter at both ADDClasses.com and the ADHD Awareness Expo.
Lynne is a Life & ADHD Coach, trained at ADDCA and specializing in helping professional women who are struggling to reach their potential due to challenges with disorganization, time management, procrastination and weak follow-through. She started her business about a decade ago when her kids were young, and she was a stay-at-home Mom. What makes Lynne unique is that she has been where her clients are. As a woman with ADD herself, she has gone from living in a constant state of chaos and overwhelm, to living a life of calm & success. She helps her clients start “firing on all cylinders” in all areas of life, so that they can have more time and more energy for what they love.
After more than 8 years of producing and hosting the ADHD Podcast on my own it was time for a big change. Lynne Edris is going to be a great co-host and I am so grateful she agreed to be an official co-host.
